Heartnuts fill
Heartnut shells make beautiful fill for decorative bottles, baskets, planted pots. You can also use the shells to hold candles in all kinds of containers. Just make sure the level of the nut shells and the sides of the container are well separated from the flame so they don't catch fire.
You will need:
Container Candle (if desired) |
1. Place candel in container.
2. Add heartnut shells, arranging them so the heart-shaped sides of the nuts show well. Press gently as you fill the container to secure the nuts and the candle in place.
3. Be careful to keep the nut shells from the flame. Place the candle so the flame is well away from the sides of the container.
